■ 作品解説

この作品は、箕面市青少年吹奏楽団の委嘱により、2つの部分から成るコラール作品として作曲しました。全体を通して緩やかな時間の流れを保ちながら音楽は進み、大きなフレーズの中に、時折複雑な和声が現れます。

作品の核となる同一のテーマが前半と後半の両方に登場し、音楽全体に統一感と構造を与えています。淡く柔らかな響きを基調としながら、さまざまな楽器の音色が順に現れ、やがて互いに重なり合います。それらの音色が交わることで、次第に輝きを増し、響きの模様を描くように音楽が広がっていきます。

この作品では、明確な物語を描くのではなく、音楽が静かに心と身体へ浸透していくような感覚を目指しました。

タイトルが示すように、新しい時代の夜明けと、そこに込められた祈りを表現した作品です。

■ Program Note

This work was commissioned by the Minoh City Youth Wind Orchestra and composed as a chorale in two sections. While maintaining a calm and spacious sense of time throughout, the music gradually unfolds, combining long, flowing phrases with moments of more complex harmony.

A central theme appears in both sections, providing unity and structure to the work. The music is based primarily on soft and delicate sonorities, with different instrumental colors emerging one after another and gradually overlapping. As these timbres intertwine, the sound becomes increasingly radiant, creating shifting patterns of color and resonance.

Rather than telling a specific story, the music is intended to quietly permeate the listener's mind and body.

As suggested by the title, the work expresses the dawn of a new era and a sense of prayer for what lies ahead.
